Who We Are - Service

Health Insurance Inc. is locally owned and located in Fort Wayne Indiana. The company was started in 2006. We serve businesses and individuals from Indianapolis to all cities in Northern Indiana.

Health Insurance Inc. focuses on one, very important service. We effectively deliver health insurance services that will best meet our customer's specific requirements.

We are an independent advisor and broker service that works with the most important regional and national health insurance related service providers.

Who We Serve - Products

Our primary customer base consists of all types of business organizations in the small and mid-market employee size range. However, individual/family plan requirements are an important part of our services as well.

Employer sponsored products include fully insured, partially self-funded and level-funded plans.

For individual plans we work directly with health insurance companies and also through the federally facilitated Marketplace (Exchange). Marketplace Privacy Notice

Professional Affiliations

Health Insurance Inc. is a long standing member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP) which is located in the Washington DC area. This is the leading organization for our industry.

We are also active in the local Northeastern Indiana chapter of NABIP and the Indiana State chapter.

Our staff also has long standing relationships with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Community

We believe that participating in community service organizations benefits all concerned. Health Insurance Inc. staff is currently or has previously served on a board of directors, committee or as a volunteer of the following organizations:

Arts United, Leadership Fort Wayne, Greater Fort Wayne Community Foundation, Richard Hoffman Trust, Fort Wayne Philharmonic, Fort Wayne Obedience and Training Club, Invent Tomorrow and Anthony Wayne Rotary.
